User Agreement

This User Agreement governs use of movilup.pro, the MovilUp / MovilDrive mobile apps and the MovilUp platform. The agreement for organising cargo transport is governed separately by the Public Offer. By submitting a request or using the app you confirm that you have read and accept these documents.

Services

MovilUp provides a platform for organising cargo transport, apartment and office relocation, packing, loading and unloading, furniture assembly and disassembly, and rubbish removal across Israel. Actual transport and related work are performed by independent partner providers. Details are set out in the Public Offer.

Accounts and the mobile apps

Some features of the MovilUp and MovilDrive apps require an account, created with your phone number (verified by SMS) or through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile or Settings → Delete account); your data will then be removed, subject to the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and user content

The apps allow customers and drivers to exchange messages, photos and ratings ('user content') in connection with an order. MovilUp operates a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable, unlawful, hateful, harassing or otherwise abusive content and behaviour. You must not submit such content or harass other users. We provide tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users directly inside the chat; every report is reviewed, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. By using the apps you agree to abide by these rules.

Placing an order

You can place an order via the website form, by phone or through messengers. After we receive your request, our operator will contact you within 30 minutes during working hours to confirm the details. The contract is considered concluded once the order is orally confirmed.

Pricing and payment

The final price is quoted individually based on volume, distance, floor, availability of a lift and job complexity. The operator confirms the exact price before work begins. Payment is made after the work is complete - in cash, by card or by bank transfer. No prepayment is required for standard orders.

Cancellation and rescheduling

In the mobile app you may cancel free of charge until the driver arrives at the pickup point. Cancellation less than 15 minutes before arrival incurs a 50% penalty on the base price (see the Public Offer). For website or phone orders — free cancellation up to 4 hours before the agreed arrival time; later cancellations may incur reasonable expenses.

Consumer rights

This Agreement does not limit the mandatory rights granted to you by Israeli consumer protection law, including the right to cancel a transaction in the cases and within the periods set by law. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and mandatory provisions of the law, the law prevails.

Liability and insurance

Responsibility for cargo safety from acceptance until handover lies with the partner performing the order (see the Public Offer). Submit claims about transport quality, damage or loss via the app or MovilUp support — we will forward them to the partner and assist with handling. As an information intermediary MovilUp is not a carrier, except where the law expressly provides otherwise. Valuables, documents, cash and fragile electronics without proper packaging are carried at the Customer's risk and only by special arrangement.

Limitation of liability

The Service is not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, distress caused by delay, etc.) except where required by mandatory law. The Service's maximum liability as a platform per order is limited to the platform organisation fee for that order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The partner's liability for cargo is governed by the Public Offer and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The MovilUp name and logo, the texts, photos and design of the site are the property of MovilUp. Use of the site's materials without our written permission is prohibited, except for fair quoting with a link to movilup.pro.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv - Yafo.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes affecting the apps require renewed explicit consent in the app; until the new version is accepted, access to the relevant features may be limited.
