Driver FAQ
How and when do I get paid?
On cash orders the client pays you directly when the job is done; the platform fee for those orders is tracked in the app. On other orders your earnings are credited to your in-app wallet. You always see the amounts up front.
How much is the platform fee?
The fee depends on the region and is shown in the app before you accept an order - so you always know your net payout in advance.
Do I need my own truck?
It depends on the role. Drivers need a van or truck; crane operators bring their own crane or manipulator truck. No equipment of your own? Join as a mover and earn by the hour on team jobs.
How are boxes and packing materials handled?
We issue boxes to you against a deposit. When they are used on an order, their cost is accounted for in that order - you are not left out of pocket.
Is there support?
Yes. You have in-app chat with the client and a support operator you can reach if anything goes wrong on a job.
